Successfully developed bimetallic composite materials

In order to solve some of the special wear-resistant demand, we have specially reformed our technology development department. Under consistent efforts dedicated to our research, our experts successfully developed “Bimetallic Composite Materials”, and became the very first company in China that developed such technology and manufactured such material. After tests, such material can work 2~3 times more efficiently than normal manganese materials.

We declared our first patent in SIPO– “The composite casting of Big Blow Bar” (Patent No. ) In the same year, we have cooperated with lots of domestic cement groups, which includes CONCH, TCC, EMEI CEMENT. etc.

Zhili declared our second national patent in SIPO “Composite in double sides of big blow bar”. (Patent No. ZL 2009 1 0065065.3). Same year, with the cooperation with CARCY Group, we successfully manufactured German Krupp impact bars domestically in China.

We formally started overseas business

We formally started overseas business. As a result, we successfully signed long-term cooperation contract with POSCO and CEMEX.

We were honored with the “Top Suppliers for Cement Industry in China”. We have also increased our production output from 5000ton/ year to 9000ton/year. The new updated lost foam casting production line is 3000ton/ year. In order to control the pollution save the energy and reduce the emission, in response to government’s call, we have introduced many policies to adjust and upgrade environment protection equipments. Our target is to consume energy with best efficiency and control pollution with strongest standards.

We attended the Bauma exhibition in Munich and Shanghai. We have signed the long-term contract with a great Mexican steel group, Welding Alloys Group.

Out of a fierce competition

Out of a fierce competition, we have been authorized by SSAB to fully merchandise and process the hardest steel “HARDOX” and was appointed as HARDOX Wear Parts Center. Hardox’s presence brought us much wider marketing range that we are capable to fulfill all wear-resisting request from our clients. Same year, we signed long-term contract with TATA from India, and other companies from Syria, Russia, Pakistan, Qatar, Mongolia, Nigeria, etc. While benefiting each other, we also built very good international reputation.
