The main surfacing flux-cored welding wire series and usage conditions are as follows:

1.ZD series is a high-carbon and high-chromium cast iron type surfacing material reinforced by multiple alloys. It is suitable for pre-protection surfacing manufacturing and surfacing repair after wear of parts under severe abrasive wear and slight impact mining conditions. It is mainly used for wear-resistant surfacing on the surface of vertical mill rollers, grinding discs and other wear-resistant plates.

2.ZM is suitable for surfacing metal with excellent crack resistance and impact toughness. It is used for surfacing of comprehensive transition layers in roller press repair, and has very good crack resistance.

3.GM series is specially used for base surfacing during surfacing repair of high manganese steel and ultra-high manganese steel parts.

4.TD and TM series are mainly used for surfacing repair of severely worn parts of crusher hammers.

5.MD501 is used for on-site surfacing repair of old parts of crusher hammers and hammer discs. The surfacing layer has cracks, but the wear resistance is excellent and does not affect the use.

6.DH series is mainly used for pre-protection surfacing in the manufacture of new fans, and is also commonly used for surfacing repair of various types of worn workpieces at room temperature.

7.TA series is mainly used for repairing parts that are subject to severe abrasive wear and moderate impact at high temperatures, such as fan blades, concrete pump parts, etc. Its anti-abrasive wear performance is better than tungsten carbide welding rods.
