Valve plate

Application: A commonly used ash hopper unloading device, installed on the cement kiln tail preheater. The flap valve is usually used in conjunction with the preheater and can rotate around the axis.

Features: excellent self-opening and closing, heat corrosion resistance, sealing, impact strength and other characteristics.

1. It can use the weight of the material to achieve automatic opening and closing, and ensure that the valve plate moves a short distance, the frequency is high, and the material is discharged evenly;

2. The flap valve is made of heat-resistant steel and has high-temperature erosion resistance to cement alkaline materials, ensuring its effective service life;

3. When discharging, it can prevent hot air from entering the discharge pipe and prevent material dust, thereby not affecting the discharge rate and improving the working environment;

4. The impact strength is mainly reflected in the performance of the lining to resist external force impact, especially when testing whether there are foreign objects in the cone and the discharge pipe, the lining needs to have high impact strength.
