After attending the "17th TÜRKÇİMENTO International Technical Seminar and Exhibition" in Antalya, Turkey, our sales manager visited a local cement factory customer. They purchased a batch of manganese steel hammers from our company in the middle of the year. We went to understand the use of the hammers and other needs of the customer.
The general manager of the cement factory warmly entertained us, and we had in-depth exchanges with their general manager, production department and maintenance department manager. They introduced to us the annual output and number of machines of their factory, and learned that they are also a company that has been in business for many years and are more cautious in doing things. They ordered ordinary high manganese steel hammers from us. They learned that they also went through many parties to confirm the reliability of our company before signing the contract with us. Only then did they feel relieved to sign the contract for hammers with us. This time we solemnly introduced our company to them and recommended to them the more wear-resistant high manganese steel alloy rod hammers. They were very interested and said that they would purchase this new material hammer later. We asked about the effect of the hammer head after installation, and they happily gave us the latest production data for reference, saying that our hammer head installation was very effective and helped them expand production capacity and save costs.
The customer was very satisfied with this visit and said that he would give us more production case data later and would cooperate further. The two companies thus forged a deep friendship.
