Hydraulic double slide feed device for roller press
The two most critical devices in the current mainstream combined grinding system with roller press are roller press and ball mill. The good or bad operation of roller press directly affects the stability of the whole system, and even affects the production volume and cost. This phenomenon is particularly evident in the recently popular combined semi-final grinding system.
There are many problems with the current roller press feeding device. For example, the flow of the roller press cannot be controlled by the central control operator, and the manual gate valve can only be adjusted by the on-site personnel to adjust the flow rate. The manual feeding gate valve of the on-site roller press is often stuck due to ash inflow and force deformation and cannot be adjusted, resulting in the on-site valve being useless. Some manufacturers' equipment is an electric adjustment gate, and the screw rod is also stuck or even broken. In response to these problems, combined with our years of experience, our company has developed an efficient double slide rail feeding device. We adopt a unique design for the side baffle, which can ensure that the gap error of the side baffle can be accurate to about 1mm, greatly reducing the amount of material leakage at the edge of the roller and reducing the system power consumption caused by ineffective circulation. It also solves the dust emission problem of the old feeding device and improves the on-site working environment. The independent feeding device hydraulic system has accurate and reliable hydraulic transmission, adjustable opening and closing speed of the flow regulating plate, and is maintenance-free. It solves the problem of equipment damage caused by dust accumulation and jamming of the screw drive. The feeding device not only plays its absolute advantage in the cement grinding system, but also has a very good performance in the final grinding of raw materials.
After replacing this new feeding device, the work of the roller press has been significantly improved, the circulating load has been reduced, the current of the hoist has been reduced, and there is no need to worry about the hoist being crushed. The stability is obviously much better. The most important thing is that the operation rate of the roller press has been improved, and the maintenance cost has been reduced.
